Note that word wrapping is not the same on the
page as it is in the edit window.

Paragraph breaks are automatic - 

when you leave a blank
line between sentences.

That's called a block of text.

And you can make links to page: like the [[Front Page]] (on this site),
or to other websites like https://www.google.com/.  You can also
use different words on the page, instead of the link address, like this:
[[https://www.google.com|Google]].

You can include an image [[image:green-checkmark.jpg]] on your page.

You can also make tables:
