Article 3 Shooting in 'raw' format

When shooting, you can use the acronym B.E.E.F., this stands for Bend 
(your legs) Extend (your arms) Exhale, and Follow Through. A lot of practice goes into shooting, most coaches tell their players to shoot 300 or more shots a day. This dedication to shooting led to the addition of the three-point line, and changed the way people played the game.
