Show uptime for the machine that this wiki is running on.

This just executes the Linux 'uptime' command, and outputs that string.

NOTE: I had use 'systemctl edit apache2.service' and add the following to the systemd secruity configuration, to get it to work: (otherwise, /proc/uptime and /proc/loadavg are not visible to /usr/bin/uptime, which is running under apache2 security protections)

then: systemctl daemon-reload ; systemctl restart apache2
